1. A Friday for everyone!

For your Foodie: Food Truck Friday from 4pm-8pm at Buchiet. For your green thumb: Arbor Day Free Tree Giveaways at Callaway County Library and Holts Summit Public Library from 9am-6pm (or until trees are gone!) For your thrill seeker: Dirt Track Racing at the Callaway Raceway starting at 5pm - prices range from $5-40.  For your movie buff: Missouri River Regional Library is showing the movie, Wish, for free with light refreshments at 6pm. For the Moms: A free opportunity to get on the mat and learn or practice Self Defense at Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu at 7:30pm.

2. Furry friends AND Vendors.

Piles Ranch is hosting Spring Open Season by blending an opportunity for the kids (and kid at hearts) to enjoy the life on the farm, as well as an variety of local vendors. Adults $1 to attend event, Children free - barnyard access $8, on Saturday from 11am-5pm.

3. Chalk Art in the Park

For a morning of fun, check out the 3rd Annual CHALK ART in the Park at Taos Countryside Park. All ages can participate to create their own chalk masterpieces or just enjoy the walk spectating all the incredible creativity. Free, on Saturday from 10am-3pm.

4. Capital Cruise in

Head downtown on Saturday evening for revving engines and checking out some classics. Free to attend, on Saturday from 5pm-9pm.

5. Central Missouri Renaissance Festival

Channel your inner Shakespeare or da Vinci at this local opportunity to be amongst artisans, musicians, pirates, royalty and more. The Central Missouri Renaissance Festival will be both Saturday and Sunday from 11am-6pm, $10 for children $15 for adults.
